Thor, the Norse God of Thunder, had a hammer named Mjölnir. Mjölnir was considered a fierce weapon that could level mountains and summon lightning with every blow. In this poetry blog, every Thursday, (Thor’s Day), Mjölnir will forge only song - sing of the mysteries and beauties of the world.

You ride your train
and I’ll ride mine.

Let’s treat our travels
like a treasure hunt.

Let’s see what
each of us finds.

Who we meet
and the contacts we make

may catch us
completely off guard.

Who knows, we may even
stumble upon

a little piece of
divinity along the way.
